Stephanie Bass is the founder of Channel Islands Training & Development (C.I.T.D), established in 2001. She has considerable experience in the field of training and development and specialises in identifying and understanding the needs of businesses to provide the optimum training solution.

Stephanie was educated in Jersey and the UK, gaining a Business Economics degree from the University of Southampton before attaining the Chartered Institute of Marketing Postgraduate Diploma and later becoming the youngest Fellow of the CIM in the Channel Islands.

After roles with organisations such as EY, Jersey Tourism, Channel Television and Highlands College Stephanie set up Channel Islands  Training & Development (C.I.T.D) in 2001.

The company is now an established brand in the Channel Islands and is a company with a real difference. The open and in-house courses and seminars that are offered provide quality from beginning to end, the customer service is second to none and the training associates innovative outstanding specialists in their fields. C.I.T.D  now works in several countries with clients from a wide range of industry sectors providing in-house tailored training solutions.

As a direct result of C.I.T.D.'s success, Stephanie was awarded "Entrepreneur of the Year" at the Jersey Awards for Enterprise in 2003. In November 2009 she became the youngest Fellow of the CIM in the Channel Islands and in 2012 was a finalist at the Jersey IoD Director of the Year Awards.
