 Booking

A booking is only accepted via email. Soon after the booking is made an invoice will be sent to the client due within 14 days.

 Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do have a cancellation policy in place. On all our open and in-house half, one and two day soft skills programmes if you cancel the booking within 28 days of the course start date you will still be charged even if payment has not yet been received at that point. On these open programmes we do accept replacement delegates though right up until the last minute.

 It is however not possible to cancel the booking of any qualification programmes such as ITIL, BCS, MoR, MSP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 AGILE after a booking has been made. This also applies to our 6 module personal and management development programmes. 

For all course programmes in the event of unforeseen circumstances we may have to alter the venue or trainer but without compromising quality.

 In the event of a course having to be cancelled last minute due to trainer sickness we will get in touch to offer an alternative future course date or offer a refund - whichever is the preferred route.

Please note CITD is not responsible for consequential costs or any travel related expenditure resulting from a cancelled course.

 Course Vouchers

Open course vouchers for our soft skills programmes can be purchased in batches of 8 one day courses to secure 8 programmes for the price of 10. Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Security

Personal possessions are the sole responsibility of the customer and CITD accepts no responsibility for anything that is lost or stolen from the course venue. Customers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

Intellectual Property

The customer warrants that they shall only use CITD's materials for their own educational purposes and shall not, without prior written consent, copy, make available, reproduce, sell, disseminate, licence, distribute, publish  or otherwise circulate CITD's materials to any other

Formal Data Protection Policy

Customers agree that, in relation to email addresses and names held, from time to time CITD may:
Use the information to inform customers about courses which may be of interest
Use the information to send joining instructions and inform customers of feedback and exam results.
In the event that customers do not wish to receive correspondence from CITD a written request should be sent to mail@citd.co.uk

It is important to us that CITD protects your privacy and all personal data that we hold about you.

We will only use personal data where we have a legitimate interest. If we use your personal data it is because it is necessary in order to provide a service to you or for other reasons you may expect an organisation like ours to do so (without unfairly affecting your privacy or any other rights you may have under the GDPR legislation).

All information is kept securely and has anti-virus protection.

We may use personal information provided by you to carry out marketing and market research from time to time. We will only do this when we have your consent to contact you for these purposes. You can opt out of these contacts at any time.

We will not share your data with any other organisation, apart from if required to do so by law.

We may keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we are processing your personal information unless the law permits or requires longer.

If you think we have used your personal data unfairly then you have the right to complain to us and to the authority responsible.
