 A booking is only accepted via email. Within 24 hours of a course booking being made an invoice will be sent to the client and the place/course date will be held for 14 days until payment has been received. 

 Cancellation Policy

 Please note that we do have a cancellation policy in place. On all our open and in-house soft skill programmes if you cancel the booking within 28 days of the course start date you will still be charged. We do accept replacement delegates though right up until the last minute.

 It is however not possible to cancel the booking of any qualifications programmes such as ITIL, BCS, MoR, MSP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 AGILE after a booking has been made. Again we do accept replacement delegates up until the last minute.

 For all course programmes in the event of unforeseen circumstances we may have to alter the venue or trainer but without compromising quality.

 In the event of a course having to be cancelled last minute due to trainer sickness or weather conditions we will get in touch to offer an alternative future course date or offer a refund - whichever is the preferred route.

 Please note CITD is not responsible for consequential costs or any travel related expenditure resulting from a cancelled course.

 Course Vouchers

Course vouchers for our soft skills programmes can be purchased in batches of 5 to secure 5 courses for the price of 4. Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. Due to COVID 19 all vouchers purchased in 2019 will have an extended expiry date to the end of 2020 and all vouchers purchased in the first half of 2020 will now expire June 30th 2021.


 Personal possessions are the sole responsibility of the customer and CITD accepts no responsibility for anything that is lost or stolen from the course venue. Customers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

Intellectual Property

The customer warrants that they shall only use CITDs materials for their own educational purposes and shall not, without prior written consent, copy, make available, reproduce, sell, disseminate, licence, distribute, publish  or otherwise circulate CITDs materials to any other

Customers agree that, in relation to email addresses and names held, from time to time CITD may:
Use the information to inform customers about courses which may be of interest
Use the information to send joining instructions and inform customers of feedback and exam results.

All information is kept securely and has anti-virus protection.
