Overview
This course is both practical and thought provoking. We
will begin with an exploration of culture, equality,
and inclusion. Then we will consider
the employer and employee dynamic, before using recognised
motivational theories applied to a series of workplace/team scenarios. The
session focuses on adopting a positive and
future orientated mindset.
