Overview
This course is both practical and thought provoking. We will
begin by exploring previous experiences of change and sharing lessons learnt. Then
we will consider the practical and emotional aspects of change within a
workplace, before using recognised change models and theories in response to
set scenarios. The session focuses on how to build momentum and enable
successful transitions when managing change.
