FOR:
Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Junior Managers who need to make delegation a habit and be confident in its ability to deliver results. OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the course delegates will: " Agree the roles and responsibilities associated with levels of authority " Define and articulate with clarity the role of a supervisor who is required to delegate and oversee work completion " Understand how to plan for and support quality outcomes " Be confident in using delegation techniques and tools " Appreciate how effective delegation is in developing a continual improvement mindset " Be able to communicate with clarity and intent
