All open programmes can be run at your company in-house and be tailored to your requirements. Course examples include Accounts Explained, Team Building Skills, How to Conduct Appraisals, Exceptional Customer Care, Negotiation Skills and many more. Please let us know if the course you are looking for is not mentioned and we will do our very best to quickly find a solution for you or alternatively please use our "Course Search" facility to help you find what you are looking for from a very wide selection of different programmes.  Alternatively you may prefer our highly confidential top executive coaching service where we can work with you on a one-to-one basis by telephone or face to face.  

C.I.T.D also offers some interesting celebrity motivational speaker events throughout the year which always sell out very quickly. Recently we have partnered with GMTV and This Morning Life Coach Pete Cohen to run a series of "sortyourlifeout" workshops for the general public. Please contact us for further details. We also offer the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and a wide range of Health and Safety programmes. (Please note that we do have a 21 day cancellation policy in place. On all our open programmes if you cancel the booking within 21 days of the course start date you will still be charged. We do accept replacement delegates though right upto the last minute. For inhouse programmes if you cancel within 28 days of the course start date you will still be charged.)
